Order Processing and Shipping
- We are a small non-profit organization that processes, packs, and ships all orders in-house. Shipping and handling rates reflect direct shipping costs as well as staff and volunteer time dedicated to preparing your order.
- Orders are shipped via USPS. At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm (ET) in the order in which they are received, and shipped out accordingly. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order and time of year. Longer shipping periods often occur during the summer, when we’re frequently in the field or delivering programs around the state.
- You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order. Then, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
We take great pride in the quality of all our products, especially our seeds. To ensure our customers’ success with our seeds, we test their viability by sowing and germinating a sample from every batch we collect. As such, we cannot be held responsible for the conditions under which the seeds are sown.
